Can you believe this kooky weather! Why can't the groundhog predict some decent sunshine? As you can see it totally messes up my do. All that snow and ice really sticks to my hair and I hate it! Well, I know that if I bark long enough I get a cookie. I wonder if I can bark long enough to get someone to change the weather? Hmmm... XOXO Chanel
